CONCENTRATED AMYLASE ENZYMES

BioPulp – ALKA (Conc) (Concentrated Alpha Amylase for Formulation)

DESCRIPTION

BioPulp – ALKA (Conc)is a concentrated Thermostable Alpha Amylase Enzyme. The product is designed to be formulated in to products that fill the needs of Paper Processors.

BioPulp – ALKA (Conc) finds application in the Starch Cooking process. In paper making Amylase Enzymes are used especially in modification of starch, which is used as an important additive. Starch improves the strength, stiffness and erasability of paper. The starch suspension must have a certain viscosity, which is achieved by adding Amylase Enzymes in a controlled process.

BioPulp – ALKA (Conc) offers the following benefits:
Active at high temperatures.
Enhanced ph stability.
Process flexibility.
Catalyzes starch suspension and viscosity.
Eco-friendly & Biodegradable.

ACTIVITY:
The activity can be customized according to performance requirements or current use.

PROCESSING GUIDELINES:
The enzymatic effect depends on nature of starch, type and duration of process and application parameters. The product should be optimized for dosage depending on parameters required in a laboratory trial prior to commercial application.

DOSAGE:
The dosage can be optimized on basis of trials only and depends upon the type of process, formulated product concentration, processing conditions and desired level of performance efficacy.

It is available in 25 KG & 50 KG HDPE Drums.

STORAGE:
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
