PHYTASE ENZYMES

BioSorb – ACPH (Phytase Enzyme for Animal Feed Industry)

BioScour – ACPH is a Phytase enzyme derived from a selected strain of microbial species. It has been developed to breakdown Phytic Acid / Phytate present in animal diets composed of plant matter which contains phosphorous bound complexes. Its high level of Phytase activity enables it to break down Phytic acid / Phytate complexes releasing inorganic phosphorous along with other essential minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium and Proteins & Amino acids bound to the complex.

APPLICATION:

BioSorb – ACPH is a Phytase Enzyme available in Liquid, Granular & Concentrated Powder Form. It is designed to break down Phytic Acid / Phytate present in the Animal Feed composed of plant matter and thus improve the nutritional value of Phytic acid containing feeds. Hydrolysis of Phytic Acid / Phytate complex containing feeds also increases the digestibility of the feeds since these are poorly digested by mono gastric animals.

BioSorb – ACPH offers the following benefits Animal Feed Industry:
Releases bound Phosphorous present in the feed.
Reduces additional DCP supplementation.
Increases utilization of released minerals.
Enhances skeletal integrity of poultry.
Reduces environmental pollution caused by animal excretion.

Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.

LEGISLATION: As each country has its own specific animal feed regulations, the user is requested to ensure that the enzymatic preparation complies with the applicable legislation.
