TEA PROCESSING ENZYMES

BioPro – TCEL (Hemicellulase & Pectinase enzyme complex for Tea Processing)

DESCRIPTION:

BioPro - TCEL is an optimized formulation of Hemicellulase & Pectinase enzymes derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It has been specifically developed for breaking down of cell walls within the tea leaves during processing so that the leaves are better oxidized during fermentation and the release of the intra-cellular compounds which contributes to the flavor and hence the liquor is enhanced.

APPLICATION:

BioPro - TCEL is an optimized formulation of Hemicellulase & Pectinase enzymes. It breaks down the cell wall of Tea leaf thus providing excellent yields in Tea processing.

Application of BioPro - TCEL in Tea Processing gives the following benefits:
Enhances TF, TR and TLC content of liquor.
Removes insoluble biopolymers from liquor.
Reduces the amount of fibrous tea waste.
Improves the appearance of made tea.
