BioDestain – ALKL (L) (Alkaline Lipase Liquid for Detergents)

DESCRIPTION:

BioDestain – ALKL (L)is a highly concentrated liquid alkaline lipase enzyme preparation derived from selected strain of fungal species. Due to hydrophobic nature of fatty stain they are difficult to remove by washing. BioDestain – ALKL (L) hydrolyses insoluble fat and oil stains into soluble fatty acids and glycerol, which then can be easily removed during the washing process.

APPLICATION:

BioDestain – ALKL (L)is an alkaline lipase enzyme to be used in liquid detergent formulations to decompose fatty based stains like as fats, butter, salad oil, sauces, cosmetic etc. into small, readily soluble free fatty acids and glycerol which can be easily removed during washing process and thus improving the cleaning efficiency of detergents.

ACTIVITY: The activity can be customized according to performance requirements or current use.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
The performance of enzymes in detergents depends on number of factors, including the detergents composition, nature and concentration of stains to be removed, wash-water hardness, enzyme activity present in product at time of its use and process parameters.

DOSAGE:
The dosage can be optimized on basis of trial only and depends upon nature and concentration of stains to be removed and desired level of performance efficacy. It is recommended to begin with 0.2 % on weight of detergent formulation.

COMPATIBILITY:
Enzymes designed for use in cleaning applications are compatible with commonly used detergent components in general. However it is recommended to test compatibility of BioDestain – ALKL (L) with the ingredients of detergents prior to their applications.

PACKING:
It is available in 50 KG HDPE Drums.

STORAGE:
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.

SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

SAFETY:
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
